Table tennis tournament was held in the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Bishkek

On September 14, 2024, a table tennis tournament was held in Bishkek among representatives of the Turkmen diaspora and students studying in higher educational institutions of Bishkek.

The sports competition was organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kyrgyz Republic and dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great Turkmen poet Magtymguly Fragi.

At the opening ceremony of the event, it was emphasized that the peaceful foreign policy and sports diplomacy of Turkmenistan, based on the initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, now successfully continuing in the comprehensive strategy implemented by the President of Turkmenistan, are supported by the entire world community.

At the end of the tournament, the winners and participants were awarded collections of poems by Magtymguly Fragi and other memorable gifts on behalf of the Embassy of Turkmenistan.
